The Be My Eyes App integration makes it easy to pick up calls from blind and low-vision users within Salesforce. The app allows you to receive calls and offers accessibility-aware features such as Flashlight and Snapshots.
After following the guide on Installing the Salesforce Integration, Salesforce users will have access to the Be My Eyes Agent Widget in the bottom bar of their Salesforce App:
To begin, agents should open the widget and log in with their Be My Eyes credentials.
Incoming call notification
When a Be My Eyes call comes in, the widget will automatically pop up and a ringtone will play.
Agents press "Answer" to answer the call, and the video call will connect automatically in the widget. In the Salesforce app, a new Case will automatically be created, with information pre-filled about the call.
Agents can use the In Call Features to help provide assistance to the caller.
