Be My Eyes calls are connected based on your language. You can select one primary language, which you'll be prompted to do during the signup. If you speak other languages, you can add them as secondary languages in Settings. You can also change your primary language. Please only select languages you speak fluently.

We'll always try to connect you to a volunteer speaking your primary language, but in the rare case that there are no available volunteers speaking your primary language, we'll connect you to someone speaking your secondary language.
