Delete your account

Follow these instructions to delete your user:

1. Go to the Be My Eyes app and find 'settings' in the bottom right corner.
3. Click on 'Personal details' at the top of the page.
4. Go down the page until you find 'Delete user'. Click this button.
5. On this page you can request to delete your user account permanently. Your user account will still be active until it has been deleted. This can take several days. Once your user account is deleted you will be logged out of the app. If you wish to become a part of the Be My Eyes community again, you can create a new user account. If you wish to request deletion, go to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Delete user' button.
