When signing up for Be My Eyes, you chose your primary language. You can change your primary language in the app settings, and if you speak more than one language, you can also add secondary languages.
We'll always try to connect you to a volunteer speaking your primary language, but in the rare case that there are no available volunteers speaking your primary language, we'll connect you to someone speaking your secondary language.
