When someone needs your help, you'll receive a notification from Be My Eyes on your device. The notification is sent to several volunteers at the same time to ensure fast connection for the blind or low-vision user. The first volunteer to answer the request and open the notification will be connected to the caller.
Answering a call from locked screen
Your device will light up as a notification from Be My Eyes appears. Simply tap the notification to answer. Please note that if your phone requires a password, fingerprint or Face ID to unlock, you'll need to enter it before being able to open Be My Eyes.
Answering a call from unlocked screen
The Be My Eyes notification will appear at the top of your screen. Simply tap the notification to answer the Be My Eyes call.
