If the feed from the camera gets blurry and you receive a message that the caller has backgrounded the app, it means that the blind or low-vision user has exited the app, and that is now only running in the background. Unfortunately, it's not possible to keep access to the video feed when the caller has backgrounded the app.
The good news are that the problem is very easy to fix. Just inform the blind or low-vision user that they have exited the app, and all they need to do is open the app again.
