The permissions you have enabled on your Be My Eyes account determine some of the tasks you’re able to perform. The three sets of user permissions are Agent, Manager and Admin.
- Agent - Answer and process calls in the Be My Eyes Agent app.
- Manager - View-only access to the Be My Eyes Manager app.
- Admin - Full access and edit rights on organizational settings and company profiles.
Let’s look at the biggest differences between the three:
Agent: This permission level allows access to the Be My Eyes Agent app but does not allow access to the Be My Eyes Manager app. The user can make and receive calls from the web app, however, agent level permissions cannot modify company profile settings or preferences from an overall account level.
Manager: This permission level allows access to the Be My Eyes Manager app, providing access to live activity feed, call analytics, reports and other features.
Admin: This permission level allows full access to the Be My Eyes Manager app including editing rights on organizational settings and company profiles.
