Be My Eyes automatically deactivates volunteer accounts that have had no activity for 12 months. If your account has been deactivated, here's how to get it back.
Signs your account may be inactive
- You're not receiving any calls despite having notifications enabled
- You see a message in the app saying your account is inactive or deactivated
- It has been more than a year since you last answered a call or opened the app
How to reactivate
- Open the Be My Eyes app.
- Sign in with your email address.
- If prompted about an inactive account, tap Reactivate.
- You may be asked to confirm your availability settings and language preferences.
Your account should be active again immediately after reactivation.
If reactivation doesn't work in the app
Email support@bemyeyes.com with the subject line Volunteer Account Reactivation and include the email address linked to your account.
