Rate the call
Select "Good" (thumbs-up 👍) if the call went smoothly without issues, or select "Problems" (thumbs-down 👎) to report an issue.
👍 Positive call experience: Select the use case
If the call went smoothly, and you selected the "Good" (thumbs-up) option, you will be asked to pick the use case that best describes the task you assisted with. This helps us match blind users with sighted volunteers who can help with that use case. Select one use case from the following list:
- Product distinction
- Reading text or describing images
- Technical or appliance
- Style and fashion
- Transport and navigation
- Finding an item
- Other
👎 Negative call experience: Report an issue
If you experienced issues during the call, you'll be able to report it either as a technical problem or inappropriate behavior.
How to report a technical issue
If you experienced any form of technical issue during the call, please report it in the call rating. In the call rating, select the option "Problems". Please select the type of technical issue you've experienced from the following:
- Poor video or audio quality
- No audio or video
- Call ended unexpectedly
- Other technical issue

How to report inappropriate behaviour
In the rare case that you experience abusive behaviour or misuse of the app from the other party, it is crucial that you report it, so that we can act immediately. It's important for us to make sure that Be My Eyes is a safe space, and we don't tolerate any form of abuse. Violators of our terms of use will be suspended from Be My Eyes. If you're in doubt whether you experienced abuse of the app, please don't hesitate to report it, so that we can look into the case.
To report a user for inappropriate behaviour, please select the option "Problems" in the call rating after ending the call.
