The Snapshot tool lets you capture and closely examine a still image from the caller's camera during a call — ideal when you need to zoom in on small text or fine detail.
When to use Snapshots
- The customer can't hold their camera steady enough to read text.
- You need to zoom in on a serial number, label, or small print.
- You want to review multiple angles from the same call.
How to take a snapshot
- During the call, tap the Snapshot icon in the call interface.
- A still image is captured from the customer's live camera.
- Pinch to zoom in and examine the detail you need.
- You can take multiple snapshots in the same call.
- Return to the live feed at any time by closing the snapshot view.
Privacy
Snapshots are automatically deleted when the call ends and are not stored or accessible afterwards.
