What is Be My Eyes Experiences?
Be My Eyes Experiences is a way for you to make your event more inclusive for people who are blind or have low vision - whether your event is physical or broadcast. During the event, blind and low-vision participants or viewers can connect with your team of dedicated volunteers for visual descriptions of your event, from navigating the event venue to describing the outfits and stage setup of performers. This gives visually impaired a richer experience of your event and gets to enjoy it on the same level as everyone else.
How does it work?
At the time of the event, blind and low-vision Be My Eyes users can access your event profile from our Specialized Help menu, from where they can make a call to your team of event volunteers. The caller and the volunteer will be connected through live video, where the volunteer can describe what's going on visually at the event, or other visual aspects the caller might need assistance with in relation to the event.

Events are supposed to bring people together, but people who are blind or have low-vision often miss out on big aspects of it, making them lack the full experience and feel somewhat alienated. Be My Eyes is an easy way to make sure that your event is fully inclusive for people who are visually impaired, as they have access to a team of volunteers who are dedicated to making sure that they don't miss out.
