Screen reader compatibility
Be My Eyes on Windows has been tested with NVDA, JAWS, and Narrator. No extra configuration is required. If you use a custom screen reader profile, make sure it includes the Be My Eyes app in its application settings.
Updating the app
Updates come through the Microsoft Store. Open the Store, go to the Library tab, and select Get updates. To update automatically, go to Profile → Settings and turn on App updates. Tip for screen reader users: in the Library, set Sort to “Sort by name” so the list does not reshuffle while updates install.
