Are you a Workplace agent? Agents answer calls in the web-based Agent App, not the desktop app. See Agent: Log In and Enable Permissions.
Your Be My Eyes account is the same across desktop and mobile, so signing in on desktop syncs your Be My AI history across your devices.
Using Be My Eyes Workplace? Your organization creates your account for you — there is no sign-up. Just log in with the email address your organization used to set you up.
Log in
- Open the Be My Eyes app on your computer.
- Choose your login method: Log in with email (enter your Be My Eyes email and password), or Continue with Apple, Google, or Facebook if you created your account with one of these, or your organization’s Single Sign-On (SSO) if it uses one.
- Complete any verification step if prompted. You will land on the Be My Eyes home screen.
Create an account
Free personal accounts only — Workplace accounts are created by your organization (see the note above), so Workplace users skip this and just log in.
- Launch the app and choose Sign up with email to register as a blind or low-vision user.
- Enter your first name, last name, email, and password, then select Sign up.
- Wait for the verification email and click its link.
- Back in the app, select OK, I clicked the link.
- Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms. You are ready to use Be My AI.
Trouble logging in?
- Forgot your password? On the login screen choose Log in with email, then Forgot password to get a reset email.
- Stuck on “Waiting for a response” with Google / Facebook / Apple? This is usually a system setting. See the troubleshooting steps in Windows: Troubleshooting Social Login.
