You can update the email address associated with your Be My Eyes account directly in the app.

Steps to change your email address

• Open the Be My Eyes app
• Log in to your account
• Go to Settings Select Account
• Select Change email
• Enter your new email address
• Enter your current password
• Follow the prompts to confirm the change

Verify your new email

After updating your email address, you’ll receive a verification email at the new address.

Please open that email and click the verification link to complete the process.

If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
