Agents answer Be My Eyes calls in the web-based Agent App. You need an invitation from your Workplace admin; if you have not received one, contact your manager or admin. Agents cannot use the desktop app.
- Go to https://app.bemyeyes.com and log in with your preferred method (email/password or your company SSO), then select Sign in.
- Grant the required permissions: Enable microphone and Enable notifications. Notifications let you hear incoming calls when the tab is not in focus. If you miss a prompt, click the padlock icon in the browser address bar and set the permission to Allow.
- Set your availability to Available in the top-right. When you are unavailable, calls route to other agents.
You are online and ready to receive calls. Keep this tab open and your status set to Available throughout your shift.
Forgotten your login? Enter your email on the sign-in page and use the magic sign-in link. If the email does not arrive, ask your admin to confirm your account is active.
